We work alongside community agencies, behavioral health providers, treatment centers, hospitals, social service organizations, faith-based groups, probation and parole offices, and other community partners to help individuals achieve stability, accountability, and long-term independence.

Our goal is to provide a structured housing environment where residents can focus on growth while maintaining strong connections with the professionals and organizations supporting their success.

Our Referral Process

We strive to make the referral process simple, transparent, and responsive.

1. Referral Submission
   A referral is submitted through our online referral form or direct contact.

2. Initial Screening
   We review the applicant's needs, goals, and overall program fit.

3. Interview Process
   Potential residents may participate in an interview/consultation to discuss expectations and readiness.

4. Program Review
   Admission decisions are based on program fit, housing availability, and the ability to participate successfully within the program structure.

5. Move-In Coordination
   Once approved, move-in planning and orientation are completed.
